This game is always changing, and always crazy! At times, it can be annoying as all get out. Other times, it's nice that it's kind of getting crazy.
I was so close to winning HOH But, you know close only counts in horsehoes and hand grenades. I came in second to the ever so loving, Carol. It's amazing at how you can have relationships with nine out of eleven houseguests, and one of the two you don't have a relationship with wins HOH. It's mind boggling.
However, I was able to talk to Carol today and find out what was going on in her head. She and I definitely reached a mutual understanding not to nominate one another and we could work together.
I now have deals with Lisa, Kevin, Andrew, Enzo, and Carol. These deals are definitely more concrete than any of my other agreements. I have outside deals with Karen and Danielle, but they are more "free" than the deals with Lisa, Kevin, Andrew, Enzo, and Carol.
I do have to say, if I had won HOH it would have been a difficult week because I would have had to go after Enzo, only because he's the phantom. It would definitely have had to be a backdooring plan, because I wouldn't want him winning veto and then burning that bridge. I may have tried to devise a plan to nominate Kevin, and Lisa so we would have 3 chances of winning the veto. Kevin is a challenge beast. One of them could win, or myself and remove one of them from the block, then nominate Enzo and Enzo would leave the house.
Unfortunately, I didn't win the HOH, so I had to strike a deal with Carol. I hope she keeps her word and goes after someone else in the house.
I believe I have devised a perfect plan to work with the phantasm. Of course, I expressed this plan to Enzo today to let him know I'm willing to work with him even after it's revealed that he's the phantasm. If the phantasm had a partner that would stick with them through thick and thin, it would be brilliant. Let's say Enzo was the phantom, and he told me he was. When people accused him of being the phantom, I could swat the accusations away. Also, I could save him with veto if I won, and not nominate him if I was HOH. I could campaign for him to stay if he was in trouble, and really be his advocate. Then, in week five, when he had to eliminate two people, we could eliminate two people that were big threats. Boom. It's final seven. Ah, Brilliance.
Unfortunatley, Enzo wouldn't admit to being the phantom. I don't blame him, because it's hard to trust someone with big secrets in the game. One like that would be especially hard to share with someone. However, I'm hoping that he can keep that in the back of his mind, just in case he does make it past week five. He needs to know Erika would work with him, even if the house was against him.
Right now, I've been able to play a very clean game. I've got a handful of people that I can depend on, but I've not had to backstab anyone. I havent even lied, really. It's been pretty peaceful, and I hope it continues.
